最近、子供の体調について
何人かの先生に相談をしたことがあったのですが、
相談した回答が各々バラバラで
どうしていいか分からなくなったことがありました。
こういうことってビジネスでもプライベートでも
よくあることだと感じていて、
そういう時に大切なのが、
「自分軸」と「直感」なのではないかと思っています。
他の人の意見はあくまでも「ヒント」
最後に選ぶ基準は自分にしか持てないし、その選択の責任を取れるのも自分だけです。
「何が正しいか」より、
「自分はどうしたいのか」「この状況で何を大切にしたいのか」
をしっかり考えること。
人に相談することは決して悪いことではなくて、
むしろ視野を広げるためには大切なプロセスです。
そのプロセスを活かすためにも、他人の答えをそのまま採用するのではなく、
自分の直感でフィルターにかけて、自分の軸に合うものだけを採用する。
そのほうがずっと心が軽くなるし、迷いも減る。
どんなテーマでも、迷ったら一度立ち止まって自分に聞いてみてください。

Recently, I consulted several teachers about my child’s health.
Each of them kindly shared their thoughts, but the answers were all very different,
and I ended up feeling unsure about what I should do.
I realized that this kind of situation happens often—both in business and in our personal lives.
And in moments like these, what becomes truly important are your own inner compass and your intuition.
Other people’s opinions are simply “hints.”
Only you can make the final decision, and only you can take responsibility for the choices you make.
Rather than focusing on “What is the correct answer?”
ask yourself:
“What do I want to do?”
“What do I want to value in this situation?”
Asking others for advice is not a bad thing at all.
In fact, it’s an important process that broadens your perspective.
But to make the most of that process,
don’t adopt someone else’s answer as it is.
Filter it through your own intuition and choose only what aligns with your values.
It will make your mind feel lighter and reduce your confusion.
Whatever the topic may be, if you feel lost, pause for a moment and ask yourself:
“What is it that you truly want to cherish?”
