「嫌いなことをやれといわれてやれる能力は、後で必ず生きてきます。」
という言葉がある。
昨今での「好きなことをしよう」という風潮は、魅力的であり、
私も好きなことを仕事にしたいと思っている。
しかしながら、好きな仕事をしていても、
多くの確率で「嫌いなこと」「やりたくないこと」が出てくるのが現実ではないだろうか。
それゆえ、好きな事に携わり続ける場合でも、「嫌なことにも向き合う姿勢」は常に必要となってくる。
もちろん作業については得意な人に代わってもらっても良いだろうし、無理して自分でやる必要ははい。
しかし、少なからず不得意な分野ややりたくないことをしなければならない時は出てくるはずだ。
そんな時でも、それをどう捉えるかが肝心で、「やりたくないけど、どうしたら面白くできるか」とか「気分を上げるために何か目標を作ってみる」とか、何か工夫することで、その価値観が少し変わったりもする。
そうやって嫌なことをやってきて身につけた忍耐力や継続力は、
その後の自分の大きな糧となるのは間違いない。
「嫌なことを乗り越えた経験は？そこから何を学んだ？」
