あっという間に気温も暖かく夏の日差しを感じる今日この頃です。
最近は学びに力をいれつつも、仕事も増えてきたので、
少しバランスについて考えていました。
私の場合は、前職の航空会社を退職後に運良くすぐにキャリアコンサルやコーチング等のお仕事に携わることができたので、育児でのキャリアのブランクというのはほぼない状態でここまできています。
これを良しとするかどうかは人によるかと思いますが、子供が中学生になって思うのは、
「やっぱり子育てはお金がかかる」です。
お金の話はこれまであまりブログ内ではしてきていませんが、
子供が大きくなるに連れて、より感じるようになりました。
今は良い制度をたくさん導入してもらっていて、給付金なども昔より多くいただくことができますが、それでも物価は上がっているし、子育ての出費はかなり大きいです。
食費、日用品、交通費、保育園費、学費、給食費、習い事など…
中学生以上は、食費や交通費などほぼ大人と同等の出費が出ていきます。
そう考えると、自分で少量でも何かしたらお金を稼げるようにしておくのは、一つの安心材料でもありますよね。
でも、子供が小さいうちはあっという間。できれば子育てにも沢山関わりたい。
そこからバランス的な悩みが生まれてくるのだと思います。
そんな時はいつもこんな質問を自分に投げかけてみる。
「もし仕事やお金や時間など何も制限がなかったら、どんな毎日を送っていたいですか？」
想像してみるだけでも楽しいし、そうすると、自分が大切にしたいこと、こだわり、こんな時間を持ちたいなどが見えてきます。
その中で自分が実際にどう動いていくか、ですね･:*+:+

These days, the temperature quickly warms up and we can feel the summer sunshine.
Recently, I have been putting more effort into learning, but my work has also increased, so
I was thinking a little bit about balance.
In my case, I was fortunate enough to be able to get involved in career consulting and coaching immediately after retiring from my previous job at an airline company, so I’ve gotten to this point with almost no career gaps related to childcare.
Whether this is a good thing or not depends on the person, but now that my child is in junior high school, I think that
“raising a child is expensive after all.”
I haven’t talked much about money on my blog until now, but I feel it more as my child gets older.
There are many good systems in place now, and I can receive more grants than before, but prices are still rising and the expenses of raising a child are quite large.
Food, daily necessities, transportation, nursery school fees, tuition, school lunches, extracurricular activities, etc.
Junior high school students and above will have almost the same expenses as adults, such as food and transportation.
When you think about it like that, knowing that you can earn money by doing something, even if it’s just a small amount, is a way to feel at ease.
But when the kids are small, time flies. If possible, I would like to be involved in raising children as much as possible.
I think this is where the problem of balance arises.
At times like these, I always ask myself these questions.
“If there were no restrictions on work, money, time, or anything else, what kind of daily life would you like to live?”
It’s fun just to imagine it, and it helps you see what you value, what you’re particular about, and how you want to spend your time.
It’s all about how you actually act within that. ･:*+:+
