今年の3月は子供たちの卒業、入学などがあり、私の仕事なども重なって、目まぐるしく時間が過ぎています。
気がつけば3月も半分終わっているんですね。まもなく桜の季節。暖かくなってきそうですが、まだまだ寒い日もあって体調管理にも気をつけたいところです。
そんな忙しい日々の中で、仕事や家事、勉強等を支えてくれる便利なものとして、私なりの３種の神器があります。
それは、携帯電話、イヤホン、小さめのノートです。これさえあれば、最低限、仕事も勉強もリラックスもできる。
PCがあったらさらに良いですが、重いので、外出時はこの３種の神器を持っていきます。
携帯電話は、仕事のファイル（icloudで共有）が閲覧・修正でき、メールの返信や必要なシステムへのログイン、スケジュール管理、SNS更新もできるので、取り急ぎの仕事は問題なくできています。また、勉強もKindle、You Tube、英語のアプリなどを駆使すればどこでも隙間時間に活用できるので便利。また、キャッシュレス決済で財布代わりにもなるので、携帯電話があればひとまずOKな万能アイテムです。
それに加えて、イヤホンがあれば、歩きながらでも家事をしながらでも、本を聴いたり、リスニング、マインドフルネスなどもできるので、時間の効率化に役立てています。
ただ、デジタルに頼りすぎると情報が頭に定着しにくかったり、リフレッシュが必要になったりすることもあるので、バラバラになりやすいスケジュール管理や仕事の計画、新しいアイデアや目標などはノートに思うままに書き出してバーっと頭の整理整頓。そうすると、気分も頭もクリアになってスッキリ、達成感も得られたりします。
また、出先で何か急に話し合ったり、MTGが必要になる場面が出てきたりもするので、携帯電話にメモよりはノートにメモの方がスマートな時もありますね。そんな時ようにノートは持ち歩いています。
こうして振り返ると、昔に比べて本当に便利に仕事や勉強ができるようになったなと感じます。本当ありがたいです。みなさんは、仕事や勉強を効率的にするために、どんな工夫やアイテムを活用していますか？

This March, my children graduated and entered school, and my work also overlapped, so time passed by quickly.
Before I knew it, half of March was over. It will soon be cherry blossom season. It looks like it’s going to get warmer, but there are still some cold days so please be careful about your health.
In these busy days, I have three types of sacred treasures that are useful to support work, housework, studying, etc. With these, I can work, study, and relax at the very least.
It would be even better if I had a PC, but it is heavy, so I take these three sacred treasures with me when I go out.
My cell phone allows me to view and edit work files (shared on iCloud), reply to emails, log in to necessary systems, manage my schedule, and update SNS, so I can do urgent work without any problems. In addition, it is convenient to study in your spare time anywhere by making full use of Kindle, YouTube, English apps, etc. In addition, it can be used as a wallet with cashless payment, so it is a versatile item that is OK for now as long as you have a cell phone.
In addition, if I have earphones, I can listen to books, listen to music, and do mindfulness while walking or doing housework, so I use them to make my time more efficient.
However, if I rely too much on digital devices, it can be hard to retain information in my head, and I sometimes need to refresh myself, so I write down things like schedule management, work plans, new ideas, and goals that tend to get scattered in a notebook and organize my thoughts. This helps me feel clearer and more refreshed, and gives me a sense of accomplishment.
Also, there are times when I suddenly need to discuss something while I’m out or have a meeting, so sometimes it’s smarter to write notes in a notebook than on my phone. I carry a notebook with me for those times.
Looking back, I feel that I am now able to work and study more conveniently than before. I’m really grateful. What ideas and items do you use to make your work and study more efficient?
