おはようございます！ミサです。
ベビーも少しずつ成長してきて保育園探しを始めています。保育園に関しては長男、次男の時よりも保育園数は増えているものの、あまり変化していない印象で、私の住んでいるところでは今だに空きがありません。
10年くらいが経っているから良くなっているかも…と淡い期待を抱いたのは一瞬に砕けさり、また保育園へ何園も電話し見学する日々が続きそうです。
少子化が進んでいるし、保育園も増えているのに空きがないのは本当に不思議で、それこそ働くママが増えているのか、国や地方の対策が遅れているのか…
そして、大変な0〜2歳の保育料はかなり高く、3歳〜補助が出るという仕組みにも、子供が赤ちゃんの時期が働き始めるのもケアも1番大変なのに補助が出ない体制にも疑問を抱きます。
きっとこうした現実の声はなかなか響きにくいのでしょうね。これでは少子化に歯止めはかからないはずです。
ただ、そんな事を言っていても何も解決はしないので、保育園を探したり、働く環境を可能な限り良く整えられるように、できる限り動いていきたいと思います。動いていると、良い保育園と巡り会えたり、人の温かさに気がついたり、結構良いことがあったりするんです。

I’m sure it’s all superficial reforms, and it’s hard for these real voices to resonate. This should not stop the declining birthrate.
However, saying such a thing will not solve anything, so I would like to find a nursery school and move to prepare the working environment as much as possible.
