私は銀座コーチングスクールというコーチングスクールで講師をさせていただいております。
もうかれこれ、、、、講師としては８年目くらいになりますが、コーチ養成講座というクラスを開いています。
約２年前には羽田校を立ち上げました。
校を立ち上げるくらいコーチングに深く従事していると思っていますが（とはいえ、立ち上げは２校目になります）、コーチングの絶対信者ではありません。
というのも、コーチングはとても効果的だしいろんな場面で活用できるので、
チームのリーダーや管理職層、経営者、起業したい方のみならず、
これから就職活動をされる方、
２０代の若い方にも知っていただきたいスキルではありますが、
コーチングではなくティーチングが有効な時もあれば、
カウンセリングが適している方もいる。
メンターを求めている方もいれば、コンサルティングの方が効果が出やすい場合もある。
その場その場で活用方法が異なるのですね。
なので、その辺りはケースバイケース、
柔軟に対応していくことが最適解だと考えています。
じゃあコーチングとは何かといえば、
相手との対話の中から、その人の持っている強みや可能性、願望、ありたい姿を
引き出していくコミュニケーションスキルです。
答えは相手の中にある、という考え方が基本のため、
原則、コーチからアドバイスや提案はしません。
なので、クライアントは納得して前に進むことができるし、
知らない自分に気がついたり、
新たな可能性を見出したり、
継続していくことで結果や成長を生み出していくといったメリットがあります。
そうご理解いただいた上で、コーチングを学んでいただくことは
人生の豊かさと繋がると実感していますので、おすすめではありますよ☆

Good morning.
I am an instructor at the Ginza Coaching School, where I have been teaching for about seven years now.
I lead the Coach Training Course, and about two years ago, I also launched the Haneda School.
Given that I’ve even opened a school (in fact, this is the second one I’ve opened),
it’s fair to say that I am deeply involved in the field of coaching.
However, I wouldn’t call myself a “coaching absolutist.”
This is because, although coaching is highly effective and can be applied in many different situations—
for team leaders, managers, executives, aspiring entrepreneurs, job seekers,
and even young professionals in their 20s—
there are times when coaching is not the most effective approach.
Sometimes teaching is what works best.
Sometimes counseling is more appropriate.
Some people need a mentor, while others see the fastest results through consulting.
The most effective approach changes depending on the situation.
That’s why I believe the optimal answer is to stay flexible and choose what the moment calls for—case by case.
So then, what exactly is coaching?
Coaching is a communication skill that draws out a person’s strengths, potential, desires, and ideal future through dialogue.
Because it is based on the belief that “the answers are within the client,”
coaches fundamentally do not give advice or suggestions.
This approach allows clients to move forward with confidence and ownership.
They discover new sides of themselves, find new possibilities,
and with continued sessions, they begin to see real growth and real results.
Understanding this, I truly feel that learning coaching can enrich one’s life in meaningful ways—
and that is why I highly recommend it.
