こんにちは
昨日は夜に目が覚めてしまってそのまま寝付けなくなってしまいました。
夜って不思議とマイナス思考に陥りがちで
こうなったらとことんマイナスの自分の気持ちとも向き合おうと
携帯にバーと書き出してみました。
書き方とか言葉遣いとかは全く気にせず
とにかく思うままに書き出す。
自分としては言葉にするのを躊躇うものでも、
携帯だと自分しか見ないし、何かあれば消せると思うので、
軽い気持ちで書き出せます。
そうしたら、だんだんと自分の求めているものや
ありたい姿みないなものに、また一つ気がついてスッキリ。
「そうだよね、私はそれを求めているよね。」とモヤモヤ解消。
そこから2026年度へ向けてやりたいことなどの行動計画に移りました。
その頃にはすっかり心もワクワクモードへ。
自分の心の変化に面白さを感じながら、
ネガティブな感情もポジティブな感情もみんな大事。
それをどう捉えて行動に移していくかだと
改めて感じました。
「そのネガティブな気持ちはあなたに何を教えてくれていますか？」

Hi, this is MISA.
Last night I woke up in the middle of the night and just couldn’t fall back asleep.
There’s something about nighttime that often pulls us into negative thoughts.
So I decided to face those feelings head-on and started typing everything out on my phone.
I didn’t worry about grammar or word choice—just wrote whatever came to my mind.
Even the thoughts I normally hesitate to say out loud felt easier to express,
because it’s just my phone—I can always delete it later.
As I kept writing, I began to notice what I truly wanted and how I wanted to be.
It cleared the fog, and I thought, “Yes, that’s what I’ve been seeking.”
From there, my energy shifted, and I started mapping out goals for 2026.
Before I knew it, my heart was excited again.
It reminded me how fascinating our emotional shifts can be
both negative and positive feelings are important.
What matters is how we interpret them and turn them into action.
“What is that negative feeling trying to teach you?”
